Demolition works continue at 30 Marsh Wall and are expected to be completed in May 2023. The images below show the progress that has been made onsite so far.
The enabling works for the piled foundations will begin in May 2023, with piling starting at the end of the month or in early June 2023. Piling is then expected to last 18 weeks before the basement excavation begins.
